Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 5070 platform available at 5070.ws, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and 5070. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. These Terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform, whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other method made available by 5070. 5070 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any published changes constitutes your full acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full services of the 5070 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account; multiple account registrations by the same user are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all login credentials, as well as for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 5070 support team immediately. 5070 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account information secure. Account registration is also subject to a minimum age requirement — you must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by law in your state for lawful betting activities.
Identity Verification
5070 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from users at any time to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Required documents may include a copy of your national identity card, passport, or other valid official identification. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account. All personal information collected during the verification process will be handled in accordance with the 5070 Privacy Policy, which can be referenced separately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 5070 platform, you agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You may not use this platform for any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, disruptive to platform operations, or harmful to other users. Any attempt to hack, exploit system vulnerabilities, or use automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. You are also not permitted to distribute obscene, defamatory, threatening, or third-party rights-infringing content through any communication feature on the platform. 5070 reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to take follow-up action including account suspension without compensation.
Prohibited Activities
- Creating an account using false information or another person's identity without their consent.
- Using payment methods that are unauthorised, stolen, or not registered in your own name.
- Transferring funds between accounts for the purpose of fraud or money laundering.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes for illegitimate gain.
- Using any third-party software designed to alter or influence game outcomes.
- Accessing the platform from a region or country where online betting activities are prohibited.
Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 5070 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits and withdrawals are made using valid payment methods registered in your own name. 5070 does not accept transactions via third-party payment methods, and any such attempt may result in funds being frozen and your account closed. Deposit processing times are typically instant or within a few minutes depending on your chosen method, while withdrawals may take between one and five business days subject to internal review and banking processes. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policies and may change from time to time. Any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are your sole responsibility and will not be borne by 5070.
Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonuses, free credits, or promotions offered by 5070 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant offer. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings associated with a bonus can be withdrawn. 5070 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud in connection with that bonus claim. Users found to be exploiting promotions in an unauthorised manner may face action including cancellation of all associated winnings and account closure.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 5070 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 5070 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, data errors, or unauthorised access by third parties. In any event, 5070's total maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the thirty days preceding the claim. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that 5070 bears no responsibility for any betting decisions made by users.
Account Suspension and Closure
5070 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms, any legitimate remaining balance (after deducting any bonuses or winnings linked to the problematic activity) will be returned to the user within a reasonable timeframe via the original payment method. You may also request voluntary closure of your own account at any time by contacting the 5070 support team. Following account closure, all personal data will be retained for the period required under applicable data protection legislation before being securely deleted.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 5070 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphic designs, text, images, source code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of 5070 and is protected by intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any such content without prior written consent from 5070. Using the 5070 logo or brand name in any context without authorisation constitutes a serious violation and may result in legal action. Copyright over all original content on this platform remains exclusively with 5070 at all times.

These Terms and all disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any legal claims shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This agreement between you and 5070 regarding use of the platform supersedes all prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
